Resolution. You must unblock the outbound caller ID of your phone extension before logging in to Agent On Demand. When an agent logs in to Agent On Demand, their phone extension's outbound caller ID number is required by ContactNow to identify the agent caller, even if the AOD DID and AOD Lock are configured in the agent's settings.
